It's a 2 hours workshop. Where you learn to express your emotions onto a paper in the form of Art Journaling. You don't need any experience in Art. It's a therapeutic experience of Art therapy to de- stress yourself and learn something new.
All the supplies needed, beverage and food is provided and you can take home the Art you make.
