About the event
For everyone who has been asking about the event, here's what we're going to do! Journal Owl is a non-judgmental space, and we've introduced these support group events called "It's Just Us," which will take place on Nov 30th. You can come, sit, and connect with new friends. Whether you're an introvert or an extrovert, we don't force anyone to share. You can choose to listen to group discussions where everyone has the chance to express their perspectives on meeting the parts of you that you reject. There will be some games to help you bond with others. Who knows? You might walk away with a new mindset or even new friends.
The event is simply a chance to unwind, talk, and connect. We often lack spaces to share and listen, and that's what this event provides.
